HDB introduces Resale Checklists for Housing Agents
HDB introduced a new checklist effective 1 May 2008.
Housing agents engaged by the buyers will have to go through a Resale Checklist with the buyers, before the buyers exercise an OTP. This helps to highlight the important points & HDB advise agents to do this much earlier rather than just before OTP.
Similarly, seller's housing agents have to go through a separate Resale Checklist with the sellers before the sellers grant an Option to Purchase (OTP) to prospective buyers.
